Eat-in kitchen complete with breakfast bar, brand new stainless steal appliances, gas stove and reverse osmosis water purification system. Living room comes with gas fireplace, game area for kids with desk/work space area, High speed wireless internet, cable tv provider with 70" smart TV. Private phones in all rooms, Tropical backyard with all new landscaping, lighting (front and back), pool with elegant waterfall, hot tub, patio furniture and gas BBQ. 2 car private garage. 35 minutes from Saguaro lake where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, pontoon boats, river cruises, wake board boats, etc. Even closer to Salt River Tubing station (Not far from Goldfield Ghost Town). Visit Riparian Preserve at Water Ranch for beautiful desert landscapes as well as the infamous Renaissance Festival! Near 60 freeway for easy access to Gilbert,Tempe, Scottsdale, sky harbor airport as well as Mesa Gateway Airport. Just down the road from Falcon Field Airport and the Commemorative Air Force Museum.
