Summary: The property is perfectly clean, it is as shown in the photos and it has an incredible view. Definitely the right place to relax. In the area you can find restaurants, and small supermarkets within a short distance. The check-in process was smooth once we got to the house. However, we were left with a bad taste regarding the day of arrival. Because, to get to the place we received a location in Google Maps, however, when we put it to direct us, it indicates the fastest route, which led us twice to cross a river (it should be noted that the previous days it was raining very hard and it will not be possible to cross) so the arrival turned out to take longer (3+ hours) than expected. If the guests are not from the area, they do not have to know that this happens and that the route to be taken can be indicated with the number of routes, streets, etc., and clarified by who is in charge of sending the directions, before the day to arrive. During that journey we attempted several times to call the property concierge and we were directed to voicemail. Once we arrived and settled in, everything seemed fine until one of the toilets started making a lot of noise at 2am and kept us from sleeping until we managed to fix the leak. The next day the only key to enter the house stayed inside it, we tried again to call and we had no answer, I sent a message and he got a response that they had to communicate with the property manager... We noticed that a whiteboard had the number of the maintenance person written down and he responded immediately and solved the problem for us. It should be noted that he arrived the next day and repaired the toilet and a shower that did not have the water temperature. The rest of the stay was perfect.
