Fabulous opportunity to stay close to everything yet away from it all on a quiet canal cul-de-sac! 10-15 walk to Vanderbilt beach (Ritz Carlton) and short drive to Wiggins Pass. Easy close access to fine dining, shopping & grocery too. Enjoy spacious living perfect for extended family with two bedrooms with king size beds, one with a queen and the 4th with 2 full size beds. Kitchen is complete and features stainless appliances.
please note that all living areas, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on are the 2nd level Primary suite and 3rd full bath are on the 3rd level. Please ensure you are okay with stairs with this setup. Also, the salt water pool is on the ground level requiring stairs to access from the main living areas.
