Positive: This is a true 5 star hotel. Everything is great from the moment you walk in the door. Very clean and spacious, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is a next level experience! The lady who handles the entrance and seating of the guests and the gentleman who is attends the tables deserve a special mention. They are very well organised and attentive to the guests. It was such a great start to the day that we rarely needed lunch as we went out exploring Rome in the day time! The location near Termini is another massive bonus. We were straight off the train from the airport and in the hotel within 5-10minutes. The line for a taxi at Termini in peak time can be very long. Having your hotel right there saves all that, plus you have access to both lines on the metro for exploring Rome. We stayed here twice this time around; at the beginning and end of our holiday around Italy. We will definitely be returning here when we next visit Rome!
