kawama is a 24-acre complex surrounded by john pennekamp coral reef state park, known for some of the best scuba diving and snorkeling in all the keys
the property amenities include a saltwater lagoon with a small sandy beach, and two heated swimming pools as well as the private pool for the tower units
the property has an onsite marina with a boat ramp that gives guests ocean access via a deep water channel to some of the area's best fishing, snorkeling, diving, and sandbars Other amenities include boat trailer parking, playground, outdoor BBQ areas, and tennis courts.
