Positive: Nice and clean apartment. I was looking for the location at the seaside and this was exactly what I wanted. Especially good was the private inner yard to spend time outdoors but with privacy. The owner was nice and helpful.
Negative: It would be good to have the toaster and the tea pot. But it is not critical at all.
Summary: Nice apartment within walking distance from the beach.
