Take a step back in time with this traditional four-bedroom family home. Osborne House was built with love. The house has all of its original features. Osborne House has fantastic views of the Merimbula Lake and is right in town. The property boasts great off street car and boat parking.
You walk into the house from the porch straight into an open plan dining, kitchen and living room (Quite rare and forward thinking for its time). There is two main bedrooms (one with an ensuite) with queen beds, a laundry, and the bathroom. An add on sees you walk down a hall where there are 2 further bedrooms. The third bedroom has 2 x single beds and the 4th bedroom has 2 x single beds and a set of bunks.
The only update to the kitchen in recent years has been a new dishwasher. There is ample space for the whole family.
Out the back you will find a really large grassed area with a wood BBQ. The good side of the plate is face down (to avoid the weather) so please turn it over before lighting the BBQ. There will be some cut wood near the BBQ and you will find the big tree direct across the road drops enough kindling to light every BBQ in Merimbula
Although the yard is not fenced, we are allowing you to bring one small dog with you. Please note that we do not own a pet and ask that you pick up after your pet.
The house is located right in the heart of town It has magical views of the lake and is an easy walk to town, the boardwalk or across to fishpen.
