Positive: The staff of the hotel were great. And specially the breakfast. Also, breathtaking views from the room

Negative: Well, as it is advertised, it is high up on the mountain, it's pretty far from Ella main town and hard to get tuk tuk, however, the staff are very helpful, they Will help to get tuk tuk if you request.
