Positive: The property is located few km away from our venue so it was an advantage.

Negative: Kettle is not functioning though reported immediately and an action was taken, the drainage in the bathroom is super clogged that when you take a bath it will make your feet ankle deep flooded. No privacy for the window of the CR, not comfortable when bathing since the other buildings higher than the room can have a direct view to the shower room's window. The AC is dripping, making the floor dump, the blinds are damaged, with only nails keeping it in place. Lastly, the location of the rooms is faced on a busy road so you hear the sounds of the cars and their horn.

Summary: The 5 day stay is good.
