Come visit Old Kinderhook Resort, Golf Club, & Spa and stay in this beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa overlooking the 12th green and a short walk to the Old Kinderhook Community Docks. The villa is only 2 years old and is new to a rental program. It is very tastefully decorated with new furniture and stocked with everything a family or group of golfers could need while on vacation.
inside the villa, you will find 4 large bedrooms On the main level is the Master Bedroom which has a king bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 twin XL beds which can be adjoined to form a king bed. In the walkout lower level are 2 more bedrooms. Bedroom 3 also has 2 twin XL beds which can be adjoined to form a king bed and Bedroom 4 has 2 queen sized beds. The kitchen is on the main level and is quite large and stocked with everything you need. The main level also provides a comfortable family room with a queen sized sofa sleeper and dining area which walks out to a large deck equipped with a BBQ grill and a covered outdoor dining area. The lower level also offers a very large family room, wet bar and gaming area. The lower level also walks out to a very large covered patio. Both the deck and patio overlook and provide an amazing view of the 12th green and also the Marina/Cove area.
