Positive: The location is great, not far from the sea, the ensemble of buildings is very well taken care of. There's a big nice swimming pool on the territory of the complex. The way to the beach is going through the forest and is very nice. The apartment is spacious, there's enough parking spots at the parking. There's self-service laundry at the territory of the complex which is practical. Presence of a dishwasher is very nice.
Negative: No wifi. Missing few more dishes both to cook and eat. Also it would be nice to have some hangers for clothes and a drying rack. The pictures in the property description on booking are not real pictures, in reality apartment looks a bit cheaper and not as comfy. The owner is stating that there's air conditioner in the apartment, but it is not true. There's a big fan under the ceiling which wasn't helping much with the heat. Though the residence is very nice and family-like, the neighbours are quite noisy at any time of day and night. The bathroom is very tiny. You need to pick up the keys at another property 10 km away from the apartment.
