the home comprises an open plan kitchen / dining / living area (with tv, chromecast & dvd player), leading to the outdoor deck and mineral spa The main bedroom (with TV & Chromecast) contains the large WIR and ensuite (with shower, toilet, and double-vanity). There are three more bedrooms, a main bathroom (with shower) and a separate toilet. There’s a second living area (with TV & DVD player), and a fully equipped laundry.

outdoor living is well catered for, with an undercover deck (with bbq and outdoor setting catering for 10), leading out to the fabulous, undercover mineral spa and inground private electric heated swimming pool The outdoor area is fully enclosed for kids and pets alike. There’s also an outdoor shower to wash off the sand after a long day at the beach. Parking is catered for with the double lock-up garage (also containing a second fridge, dart board & fuzbol), and room for an additional car in the driveway.

the fully appointed kitchen features a walk-in pantry & breakfast bar, and is equipped with standard cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, coffee machine (takes whole coffee beans), toaster, kettle, etc plus a large fridge (with a second fridge in the garage), dishwasher, and electric oven and cook top.
heating/cooling systems
the main living area is serviced by a split system reverse cycle air conditioner, and there are standalone heaters fans in all bedrooms
