Your own oceanfront estate with infinity pool overlooking the ocean. Home is located on one of the highest points of Green Turtle Cay with views across the entire island. Every room has ocean views in at least two directions, with multiple balconies & a cupola to watch the sunset or simply enjoy the views of the ocean and the Sea of Abaco. Private 2 acre property has 300' of waterfront, where you can dive on coral heads a few yards off shoreline or moor your rental boat at the private 40' dock.

Home has a master bedroom and guest bedroom on the second floor, both with ensuite bathrooms. Master bath contains heated jacuzzi tub and even the shower has spectacular ocean views. An office with printer is also available on the second floor. The house also contains two cottage rooms with ensuite bathrooms, each with their own dedicated outside door, that are perfect for providing extra privacy for multiple families. One of the couches in the living room can be pulled out and turned into a double bed. The cupola on the top floor contains 360 degree views and a balcony which provides spectacular views of the entire island, the Atlantic Ocean and reefs, and the Sea of Abaco. Every room in the house has ocean views in at least 2 directions. The house is on one of the highest points of the island, yielding excellent views and a nearly constant breeze to keep you cool and keep the bugs at bay. A deepwater dock can be used to dock anything from a small boat to a large sailboat or power boat. The ocean directly in front of the house is full of tropical fish, rays, and turtles which you can either watch in comfort from the dock or outside deck or upfront and personal while snorkeling or diving. The house has an infinity pool overlooking the ocean. The hot tub is available for use but is unheated.

The well-equipped kitchen comes with a gas 6 burner commercial grade range, dual ovens, and gridle, as well as a wine refrigerator, dual dishwashers, and a french door refrigerator and freezer.

A foosball table is available, as well as an outside Weber grill and lounge chairs for use around the pool.

House is equipped with a whole house generator and large cisterns that ensure you'll always have power and water even during outages that occur on the island. Although city water is safe to drink, all water going into the house is further purified with NSF/ANSI certified UV purifier, as well as a reverse osmosis system for drinking water coming from the refrigerator water dispenser and ice maker.

It is about a 10-minute walk to the Green Turtle Club from the house which has a restaurant and small store, however we highly recommend a golf cart rental in order to access everything Green Turtle Cay has to offer. Golf carts can be rented at the Green Turtle Club from Brendal's Dive shop or one of the golf car rental companies in New Plymouth. Boats can be rented at Donny's or Sunset Marine, and you can keep the boat tied up at the home's private dock while you're using it. A boat rental is also highly recommended, as there are several uninhabited islands just a few minutes away where you'll have an entire picture-perfect beach to yourself..
