a wide spiral staircase leads to a spacious living room with large windows overlooking the covered terrace – affording fabulous views of the ocean, flamingo marina area, and surrounding countryside!
large dining area – again with large windows and walk-out to the “outdoor living room” terrace, pacific ocean, and lush surroundings There is also an extra ½ bath for guests.
adjacent to the dining area is a large, fully equipped, kitchen with a walk-out to a rear terrace and staircase leading to one of our two 42-foot pools, sunning terraces, and tropical gardens
the master bedroom features a 4 poster king bed, a walk-out to the covered and open terraces, a large walk-through dressing room, and a full bathroom with a skylight this suite offers spectacular views, total comfort, and absolute privacy!
