in addition to the large oceanfront deck exclusively for this unit, you will have full access to all common areas of the property Oceanside, the property features a large seasonally heated pool, plenty of lounge chairs, two gas grills, multiple dining areas, and an outdoor shower. Best of all, Ocean Lookout has access to a private beach walkover that makes getting to the shoreline a delight and one you won't forget.

• there is parking for 2 cars available for your stay! please note that the parking is tandem (one car in front of the other) The space is 37 feet long which will generally fit two cars, but will not fit 2 large SUVs or trucks. Please confirm that both of your cars will fit and remember to leave a foot or two for space in between them. If your cars are too long or you need parking for a 3rd car, an additional space can be rented from the next door neighbor for $10/day.

ocean lookout is centrally located approximately halfway down the island and is a quick drive to all of the island's best dining and shopping
within a mile or two, you can enjoy dining and live music at the surf or slider's, or ice cream from several local treat spots
to the north, you will find main beach which features the salt life and sandbar kitchen restaurants, a playground, and beachside putt putt golf From there, Amelia Island's downtown historic district is just a short drive down Atlantic Avenue. There you will find plenty of wonderful restaurants, shopping, nightlife and local culture. Fort Clinch State Park is also located along Atlantic Avenue. The park features the 19th century Fort Clinch (still open to the public for tours), a great beach, and lots of beautiful trails for hiking or biking.

getting around:
amelia island is a small area and is easy to navigate! there is free parking available throughout the entire island, making driving very easy to any place you choose to visit
although uber/lyft are not very reliable on the island (we strongly recommend bringing a car), they are available through the app on your smartphone
