welcome to “ocean breeze”, a luxurious 7-bedroom, 75-bathroom oceanfront home located in Garden City. Come prepared to cook meals in this large, well-equipped kitchen with great pantry space, a 6-burner gas stove, and two dishwashers. The kitchen also features granite countertops, an island, and a breakfast bar. Off the living area is a wet bar with a mini fridge. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor of the home. On the second floor, there is an additional seating area that features a television and sleeper sofa as well as the additional five bedrooms. The large master bedroom is located on the ocean side of the house featuring a king-size bed and spacious walk-in closet. Outside features a large fenced-in backyard with a large pool, hot tub (fee applies) and a Tiki Bar. Both back decks allow great, unobstructed ocean views. Off the first level deck is a private boardwalk to the beach. Other exterior features include but are not limited to, an exterior shower, a seating area at the end of the private boardwalk, and ample parking underneath the home.
