Positive: The suite was super cool. Very few hotels I have stay in have character like this--exposed rock wall, vaulted ceiling and a FABULOUS view from the balcony. The staff went ABOVE and BEYOND in every way! Front desk staff were beyond welcoming. Claudia could heat up Antarctica with her warmth and care. The room was impeccably clean! The rooftop has a great bar (touristy), with a great view.

Negative: Someone obviously downloaded some images from the internet, printed them on 4 foot by 6 foot canvasses and hung them throughout the hotel. They are pixelated and really take away from the overall character of the hotel. Replacing these would enhance the space.

Summary: Surprise character hotel in the entrance of the Old City.
