- no lifeguard on duty - children under the age of 12 years must be accompanied by a competent adult at all times
- respect these pool rules for your safety and the safety of others
- please do not smoke inside the house you may smoke on the balcony where an ashtray is provided with doors closed
- no excess cleaning and leftovers
- bbq can be used but needs to be cleaned an additional cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit if left uncleaned
- bins are to be taken out on bin days
