This large property is located at the end of a charming little village in the middle of nature and with a view of the large Ucka mountain. This typical but large Istrian house was completely renovated in 2017 by a talented designer. It consists of 2 buildings - the main building with 3 comfortable bedrooms, a modern kitchen with dining room, a spacious living room and a large winery with a nice selection of wines and a large fireplace. The second building is a studio with a kitchen, sleeping area and bathroom. The exterior is large with a very large pool, jacuzzi, sauna, covered outdoor kitchen, great lounge area, trampoline and sandpit for kids, great table tennis and table football to play with. The property around the house is completely fenced and has 2300 m2. As for indoor entertainment, you have a large TV and Playstation 4 Pro with games and darts. The villa is only 2 km from the old town of Pican, 14 km from Labin and only 20 minutes drive to the beach. Nature is very beautiful and there are 2 waterfalls near the house - Gologoricki dol and Sopot. The complex is modern in terms of traditional elements, fully equipped and totally unique.
