Completely remodeled with a very spacious floor plan.
The back yard is private and has full synthetic grass for you to enjoy a clean relaxing setting!
We accept small dogs only 20 lbs. or less please inquire first before booking...
The fee for pets is non-refundable. The price for the first pet is $100
the second pet is an additional $50.
If the pet is approved and you bring your dog, YOU will have to clean up after your pet no feces left behind!! This home has one bathroom, that is why the max people allowed is 4 .
There are no parties allowed, Max car limit is 3.
Garbage days are Tuesday and Friday, please take it to the street.
Neighbors are nearby if you choose to have a party or be disruptive to the neighborhood and someone has to come you will be asked to pack up and leave.

~ Strip the bed and put sheets in the washer
~Put all towels in hamper
~NO "leftovers" are to be left in the refrigerator.

Summary: This was a good clean place for us to stay because it was close to nearby family. I'm glad the owner agreed to get us a coffee maker. In the future, what would make this location even better for us would be at least one more outdoor chair so two people can enjoy the nice yard together. Also, laundry supplies such as detergent.
