Summary: Great space and location. House is 0.4 miles from a community boat launch, and swimming area and only 1 mile as a crow flies to HWY 12 boat launch. Perfect space for family and friends, basement has two bedrooms and a private game room for the kiddos. Fully fenced backyard for the fur babies and a lake view patio to watch the sunrise.
