this 4,000sf home accommodates up to 10 people in 2 formal bedrooms, and various sleeping areas throughout the house:

lounge/living room 2 (2nd floor) - ikea couch/queen sleeper sofa, tv, full bathroom shared with bedroom 2
bonus living room (1st floor) - sleeper sofa, tv, 1/2 bath
also located on the 2nd floor is a 640sf game room/multi-purpose room that features a queen size sleeper sofa, tv, desk, sink, washer/dryer
please note that you must walk through either the bedroom or lounge to reach the multi-purpose (game room)
on the main level (approx 2,194 sf) is the foyer, living room, dining room, family/entertainment room, half-bath, bonus room with a sleeper sofa and a sunroom looking out to the lake
the rooms are spacious with beautiful high ceilings and chandeliers In contrast, the kitchen is relatively small but well-stocked.
the yard is stunning, with hundreds of landscaped plants and trees and guests can walk easily to beaver lake, nearby paths, and the bird sanctuary A bus stop is at the near corner on Lakeshore Drive.

we welcome your furry friends They must be well-behaved and never left in the home unattended. One pet may be reserved through the AirBnB booking system. Additional pets may be considered with advance request. Note that there is a pet guest fee of $35 per night per pet with a $150 minimum which is covered. at the time of your reservation. The balance is paid directly.

1 We are opening our home happily to guests through 2025 and welcome gatherings of friends and families. Please know that the house is located in a quiet neighborhood and parties and large events are strictly forbidden by the City of Asheville (via their STR permits), neighborhood associations, and the owners themselves.
2 The basement apartment with a separate entrance to the back of the house is occupied by the homeowner. As the owner garage and entry way is fully separate, guests and owners are unlikely to cross paths or even hear each other during the visit.
3 Pets are welcome at Lakeshore. One well-behaved pet per visit is allowed though additional pets may be accepted with approval by the host in advance. Guests visiting with their furry friend will receive a separate pet agreement which essentially describes the fees and expectations of these special guests. Your pet may not remain in the home unaccompanied.
4 We have a strict cancellation policy according to AirBnB guidelines and will not entertain refund requests outside of the allowable timeframe. We strongly recommend that you seek travel insurance to protect yourself in case your plans change unexpectedly.

we are fairly busy so you most likely will not see us at the property but we are always available by message or text I will provide my personal cell phone number if you need it and we also have an after hours emergency number should an emergency arise after 10pm..
