vacation rental requirements for hidden elk cabin:
1 max occupancy: 8 guests (all ages)
2 max number of vehicles: 4 vehicles
3 quiet hours: 10pm-8am
4 no trash left outside of provided trash receptacles
5 no trespassing into neighbors’ properties
6 renters will follow all and any county mandated burn bans
verified violations by the city of ronald, county of kittitas and/or complaints made by neighbors can result in any or all of the following:
1 $250 fine per violation (thousands more for burn ban violations)
2 forfeit of guests’ damage deposit and/or refundable property fee
3 immediate eviction
winter months: november to april
we can’t stress enough that in the winter months, all-wheel drive is necessary for this area and strongly advise guests carry snow chains with them Getting to the home requires traveling on a 1/4 mile dirt road that can turn into a snowy and slick driveway quickly.
pets allowed:
we allow dogs only, a max of two dogs for a $100 pet fee Please review rental agreement and welcome packet for more details about bringing dogs.
snowmobile and boats trailers:
the driveway can accommodate up to 2 trailers, however, please know there is little room to turn around Parking of trailers and vehicles must be in the driveway and cannot be sticking out of the end of the shared driveway from the main road to the home.
cameras & recording devices:
outside cameras: three outdoor cameras that overlook the main entrance points to the home and garage These cameras oversee the front door, side yard and driveway up to the garage. These cameras monitor weather conditions, package deliveries, security and assisting guests. There are no indoor cameras. Tampering with cameras is an immediate cause for eviction.
hot tub maintenance:
hot tub maintenance occurs before & after each booking and during the middle of a stay that is 5+ nights
*after hours extra service requests are an extra $50 (5pm - 8am)

1 primary renter must be 25+ years of age and must be staying at the property for the complete duration of the booking
2 rental agreement must be signed after booking is accepted and provide valid id
3 $500 security hold is required and will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no issues are reported.
