Golfers and families alike will love our new cottage located on our 5,000 square foot courtyard putting green that stays lit until 10:00 pm. there is also a 4 hole short-course that runs across that back of the property that is open for unlimited play during your stay! not a golfer? our cottage is less than 1 mile from the outer banks newest attraction h2obx waterpark and less than 8 miles from the beautiful beaches of the obx -the perfect spot for a family vacation or guys golf trip!

The loft area is open to the downstairs living area. There is a gas grill on the back deck. Stacked washer and dryer downstairs.
