as our guest, you'll be 20 steps from beautiful lake hamilton, with a crystal-clear pool that is bordered by the lake You can prepare dinner in your gourmet, fully- stocked kitchen or go by boat to a restaurant on the lake. You are just minutes from Hot Springs National Park or to Oaklawn park racetrack/casino or a fine dining establishment. The city hosts multiple shopping and entertainment venues as well. There is so much to see in and around Hot Springs, you'll truly never run out of adventures! And when the busy day winds down, you can relax on your private balcony in your own hot tub, watching the sunset, drinking a cocktail and enjoying the view across the lake. new for 24 coming soon (under construction now) your rental will include 8 private bedrooms, 8 with king size beds This is our penthouse level property which will require steps to enter and navigate. Each bedroom has access to its own private bathroom. The bedrooms have flat-screen internet streaming TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need, including a gas professional thermador cook top with an indoorJen air gas grill and double ovens. It also has an island bar that seats 6 with an open floor plan and an incomparable lake view accompanied by a dining room table that seats 8 with a lake view as well. A large open living area with lots of windows for a fabulous lake view with a 75" flat screen Smart TV with internet streaming, a large leather Seconal couch adequate for 16 adults with multiple built in recliners that will also be adequate for 2 adults for additional sleeping. This home has a wet bar with plenty of glassware for adult beverages all complimented by a wood burning fireplace. The private back patio of your home has a gas grill as well as smoker/charcoal grill if desired. Patio furniture to relax-and enjoy the lake and pool. A hot tub will also complement the private balcony. In addition, we have two other shared outdoor areas for lounging and entertaining . The first will be a 60x40 concrete veranda that is adjacent to the pool on one side and the lake on the other,including picnic tables, fire pit, patio furniture, lounge chairs and plenty of room for your outdoor games. The second shared recreational area is a 15'x20' floating swim dock with patio furniture. This is great for swimming, fishing, eating dinner, or having cocktails at night or coffee in the morning while enjoying your view of the lake. We also have a covered boat slip that is yours to use for your personal boat or if you are interested in renting one of our on-site boats, we can also take care of that, and even provide the captain, if requested.

boat #1 A 30ft. Aloha Sun Decker Tri-Toon party barge with a 250 hp motor and a solid top with a ladder to go up to the second deck for sun lounging, diving, or just hanging out with an awesome view of Lake Hamilton. This boat seats 12 and its available for the day for $850+ fuel + deposit. Also, you could request with your boat rental your very own personal boat Captain for your added convenience. All you have to do is sit back and relax and leave the navigating to us.
boat# 2 A luxury Bennington 22 ft.10 person, Yamaha 4 stroke engine, stereo, ladder, a great family boat for all types of boating. $650/day + fuel + deposit. You can also request the boat Captain for this boat also.
boat #3 For fishing enthusiasts, we have a 22ft.- 9 person BeachComber Fish & Fun Pontoon with a 4-stroke engine, trolling motor, live well, rod holders, depth finder, anchor, life jackets, stereo, and more. $550/day + fuel + deposit. You will need to bring your own fishing gear and a boat captain will also be available by request.

No place is too far away, and we are just 3 blocks away from Central Ave./Hwy 7 South.
getting around
most people bring their own transportation, but there is access to taxi's and lyfts/ubers Little Rock (50 miles away) is the closest international airport, but Hot Springs has a municipal airport with no charters available. There is lake access to many restaurants and bars along the shores of Lake Hamilton that can be a breathtaking sunset drive to dinner. We offer boat rentals and even a captain on request to help you access the venues on Lake Hamilton. We also have access by any other public transportation. We are 3 blocks from Hwy 7 South/Central Ave.
events and parties
we have hosted and entertained many private events and parties on the property We are here for your private family functions, get-togethers and parties of all kinds, like weddings, rehearsal dinners, family reunions, business meetings, and team building outings, bachelor/bachelorette parties and church functions. We have multiple vacation homes available to accommodate guests and attendees. For more information, please inquire. We have plenty of additional parking for extra guests during a large event. Each event will be priced separately from the home rental. Please inquire to make a reservation for private events.

1 Pet fee, $100 per pet. Limit of 3 pets per unit per stay. Weight limit of 50lbs, please.
2 Private events and parties will have additional fees assessed based on the type of each event and number of guests attending with a refundable deposit.
3 All boat rentals require a $500 refundable deposit plus fuel. Any damages to the boat or injuries to a person incurred during the rental will be the sole responsibility of the renter.
4 All boat rental reservations and deposits must be paid up-front prior to use. No exceptions.
