This bathroom can also be accessed from the main hallway.
king guest room – the southeast wing houses another bedroom with a king bed, 44” smart tv w/roku, spacious walk-in closet and access to the outdoor courtyard An ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo and single vanity is shared with an adjoining queen bedroom. This layout is ideal for families traveling with small children.
queen guest room – the fourth bedroom features a queen bed with an adjoining sitting room, 55” smart tv and access to the outdoor courtyard This bedroom must be accessed by going through the King bedroom and shared bath. There is no hallway access.

optional fees
for stays of less than 28 nights, the optional pool heat fee is $100/day or $650/week Pool heat is not needed between June and September. A utility deposit is collected for stays of 28 nights or more and the amount is based on the length of stay. The cost of an Early Arrival or Late Departure is $200 each plus tax.
