Welcome to Kingfisher Cove. Our home is a 4 bed, 3 bath located on the shores of pristine Lake Nottely, in the North Georgia Mountains. We are a quick 2 hour from Atlanta, Chattanooga or Knoxville.
this newly built home is the definition of a modern, yet comfortable lakeside retreat The multi-level home has an open floor plan with views of the lake from the floor to ceiling windows, vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors throughout the main living areas, a fully stocked kitchen, luxury linens, hot tub, fire place, corn hole, fire pit, pool table, outdoor kitchen, dock, dining area that accommodates your entire group. The indoor and outdoor living areas flow together seamlessly, creating an relaxed atmosphere for families to create life long memories.
as you enter the home you are drawn to the living room with its dry stacked wood burning fireplace and the floor to ceiling windows that lead you onto the covered porch overlooking the lake
the dining room has a custom dining table built to seat 14 people, allowing large families to enjoy meals together A fully stocked coffee bar complete with mugs, tea, hot cocoa, syrups and all the extras is located in the dining room.
the master suite, located on the main level has a king size memory foam mattress and luxury linens The master bath has double sinks, walk-in shower and soaker tub have a spa like feel to them.
the queen guest room on the main level has a queen size sleigh bed and luxury linens
the front porch has two rocking chairs to enjoy a morning cup of coffee
the back patio has an outdoor kitchen, relaxing sectional and 7 person new hot tub with 48 jets Additionally, there is giant jenga and corn hole for family fun.
on the terrace level we have two bedrooms, a full bathroom and family media room
in the family bunk room we have 2 bunk, that sleeps 4 people We added a queen bed to allow families with younger children to room together. The room sleeps 6.
the fourth bedroom is a children's bunk room with 2 sets of bunks This room sleeps 4. There is no better sound than the sound of cousins giggling together after a long day of swimming in the lake.
the media room is where the fun begins for the kiddos or the kids at heart It includes a three slate pool table, darts, big screen with surround sound, dry bar with beverage fridge and microwave for keeping drinks cool and making popcorn for movie night.
off the back patio is the large firepit with seating for 6 and is stacked with firewood for endless s'more making
the private dock has a boat slip and room for jet skis The swim platform has plenty of room to swim and relax. We've added 2 teak chaise lounges, an umbrella and 2 chairs. We have plenty of life jackets, floaties, fish rods and tackle. Plus 4 kayaks and a lake hammock.
