please be advised that the village of pinehurst is very strict with new ordinances regarding short-term rentals There are no parties allowed on the premises. No sound systems are allowed to be brought onto the property by guests. The occupancy is limited to 10 overnight guests and 4 cars are allowed on the property. please keep these in mind when booking the house- thanks!
