《 no parties》 there is a $100000 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the unit. Please be transparent and honest. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.
《 no unregistered guests》 all guests must be registered for liability purposes ➤A surcharge of $50.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Our cleaners and inventory is scheduled and prepared according to the number of guests occupying the unit.**
《 security camera 》 under no circumstances is the security camera to be removed or disabled in any way that is found on the outer door frame of the unit This is a stipulation and requirement from building management for our units and the camera must be functional at all times. Any cameras removed or disabled will be considered a violation of the booking and a fine of $500 is applicable. This security camera captures activity Outside of the unit only.
《 check-out times 》 check-out times are firm unless scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance and only if it does not disturb upcoming guest reservations ➤$50.00/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out by 10am as my cleaners are on tight schedules.
《 garbage 》 garbage is not to accumulate in the unit and should be placed in the provided bins Be sure to breakdown all boxes and seal all bags. Soiled trash, like pizza boxes, cannot be recycled. The trash cans in the amenity spaces are for loose trash only. Disposing of Large Boxes and Large or Irregular Items: Trash can be disposed of in the trash bins on the northwest corner of the building on Garden Ave. Be sure to breakdown all boxes and seal all bags.
