located in a prime residential area, the villa is an 8-minute walk from burriana beach and an easy 10 minutes to the historic centre of nerja and the balcón de europa There are many restaurants, bars, shops, and supermarkets within an easy walk from the villa. Villa Catalina, Villa Suero and Villa Valeria are next to Villa Bonilla - and all of our other properties in the Parador area are also nearby.
entering the villa, to one side of the entrance hall is a twin bedroom and separate shower room with toilet and wash basin and to the other side one enters into the open plan living room/diner and modern kitchen area From the lounge/diner area are sliding patio doors leading onto a covered terrace equipped with patio furniture for dining and relaxing al fresco. From here further terraces surround the private pool where there are lounge chairs for soaking up the sun. Stairs lead up from the entrance hall to the first floor where there is a further twin bedroom with separate shower room and the master Kingsize bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room. From the master bedroom patio doors open onto a terrace which overlooks the pool area and there is a spiral staircase which leads up to a roof terrace with wonderful views of the mountains and over the town.
