Entire House to yourself! Two-story, five bedroom-three baths, One bathroom downstairs. The Master Bedroom has two separate sinks, one stand-alone shower, and one large bathtub built for 2 people. The upstairs guest bathroom has two separate sinks and one tub/shower combo. The guest bathroom downstairs has one sink and one stand-alone shower. There are two large living areas that are separated by the kitchen. Large backyard with a natural gas barbecue grill by the pool (not a heated pool), a gazebo with lounge chairs and outdoor dining, and a grassy area for outdoor activities. There are pool floats located near the pool in the brown storage chest and more lawn chairs underneath the brown bench near the pool. Three driveway parking spots. Plenty of on-street parking. Beds for ten adults, four queen beds, and one king bed. In the master bedroom, there is a futon that can sleep 2 additional people once pulled out. Washer and Dryer available in the laundry room if needed. Plenty of floor space for sleeping bag camp-ins. You will love the place. The house can host 20 easily. The home was built in 2005. Photo opportunity staircase. It is a royal red staircase. The House currently has one 65" smart TV with Direct TV, Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime for your viewing pleasure. The master bedroom has one 32" TV has one TV with a ROKU stick connected to it with Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime for your viewing pleasure. There is another 55" TV with a ROKU stick and PlayStation 3 with games to play in the second living room area that will have Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime for your viewing pleasure. In addition to that living area, all the bedrooms will be equipped with 32" ROKU smart TVs that will have Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime for your viewing pleasure.
