Welcome to Magic on 17th Street, built in 1906! Our charming three-bedroom, two-bath historic home is just a 6-minute walk from UAB, making it perfect for families, students, and professors. It's also minutes from UAB Hospital-Highland and Children's of Alabama, ideal for traveling nurses and medical professionals. We've included both professional and real-time photos from our cleaning team to give you an accurate view. we look forward to hosting you!
