With a queen bed and pullout sofa, the house can sleep 4. We love dog owners, so your furry friends are welcome. Kitchen fully equipped. Grill, memory foam mattress, towels, sheets, a TV, WiFi, and Roku included. Plenty of parking and walkable to river & downtown. 15 minutes to Fort Moore.

the house itself is a historic duplex with 14 foot ceilings, original hardwood floors, and a fireplace in the living room (sadly only decorative now due to fire codes) Living room includes TV and pull-out sofa. Wifi throughout the house.
