our apartment, spanning 50 square meters (538 square feet), is situated on the first floor of a charming antique palazzo dating back to the 17th century It embodies spaciousness, cleanliness, comfort, and charm, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the authentic essence of Rome, rather than an Americanized version. The apartment is conveniently equipped with an elevator, making it easily accessible.
featuring an original beam ceiling that reaches approximately 3 meters in height, the apartment exudes character and history Its windows overlook an interior courtyard, ensuring a serene and tranquil environment. Previous guests have attested to its remarkable quietness, as well as its ability to maintain warmth during winter and provide a cool refuge during summer.

- one double bedroom with a queen size new comfortable bed for 2 p (160 x 200 cm, corresponding to 63 x 79 in) and a large wardrobe; it is divided from the living room by a door; its french window opens on to the quiet terrace in the courtyard (vrbo photo 8);
- one bathroom with a shower and separate water closet and bidet, hairdryer; its window overlooks the courtyard (vrbo photos 9-10); although there is one bathroom, it is a separate shower/sink area and water closet, an asset when more than one person is getting ready to go out;
