Summary: The room and furniture were of poor standards. The booking was for 2 persons sharing a room and breakfast, however, at breakfast time we were told only one of us was enttiled to breakfast so I had to go without. but the hotel staff was adamant record was showing as invalid, so i had to make another payment. I have emailed Hotel.com, but they haven't responded. I'm still not certain if I'd be refunded. A poor service!
