Positive: The house is huge! It's way bigger than it looks in the pictures. The upper floor is absolutely gorgeous - the wooden floors are a work of art! There is a small terrace off the upper floor too accessed through a small door. The master bedroom is very spacious and there are 2 smaller individual rooms that are quite old fashioned but perfectly functional. All 3 bedrooms have ac too. It's a 10 minute walk into town and less to the beach.
Negative: The living room is very formal and not ideal for 'lounging'. There is a large space upstairs, currently home to lots of lovely plants, which could easily be turned into a more informal relax area.
