Positive: Nice position and quite..
Negative: The neighboor is not a quite guy, he keeps talking all day and keeps the music on. for us it is not a problem because we like music and because we stay at home not for long time. The hook for the shower was broken and the staff told us it was not possibile to find a plumber available in those days to fix it. The apartment is ok for people who don’t care about intimacy and privacy because the two bedroom are in fact in one single ambient. Also the second apartment is just on the side. It’s ok if you are a single group of friend/ family.
