at the apartment the previous tenant had cats Everything has been cleaned thorougly and my furniture are new as well as carpets and curtains etc. Absolutely no hair anywhere. Please note though if you have strong allergy towards cats.
it is important to respect my neighbours and treat the apartment as your own This means in practice not to cause any disturbance to neighbours and keep the volume of music down. If neighbours complain my guestsβ behaviour, I will send request of 150 eur through airbnb.
1 Please leave outside shoes always at the entrance. This way we can keep the apartment carpets tip top condition for our guests to enjoy.
2 Noise and partys are strictly forbidden.
3 Enjoy your stay to the fullest. Everything you can find in the kitchen or in the bathroom are for your use. If any questions should arise, please do not hesitate to ask your host. We are there for you.
4 To use the dishwasher or washing machine, please remember to open up the faucet in the tap (then you will hear water running...). After using, please close the faucet. Same thing goes with the washing machine..
