Beautiful and spacious mountain side home with fantastic views of Denver, 5 minutes from downtown Golden, 25 minutes to Denver a little over an hour to skiing. Trail access to hiking, biking and running trails. Perfect spot for a Colorado a retreat or adventure.

two level mountainside home with a walkout basement Spiral staircase to get to the top floor or walk around from outside. Can be accessed without going up any stairs. There are 5 bedrooms available to use along with very comfortable queen size Restoration Hardware sofa bed in family room.
guests have the place to themselves This is our primary residence when guests aren’t here, so some of our personal items will be in dressers, closets, cabinets, and drawers.

we have apple tv with access to hbo, prime, hulu and disney+ as well as standard broadcast channels Surround sound and full house Sonos sounds system.
sunroom is a great spot for yoga and light workouts as well as peaceful relaxation or meditation
and perhaps best of all a great massage chair you can use to your hearts content!
if you don't see dates that you want please inquire we are sometimes able to open up additional dates for rentals upon request
being in a small neighborhood and hope you do too Because of the small neighborhood and nearby neighbors noise from large groups of guests is our biggest issue. Due to this we now require a quiet hour or 10pm - 8am. We ask the guests note and respect all signage in the house referring to noise and the closing of windows. Hot tub ends usage at 10pm. Any noise complaints from neighbors will result in a texted warning or call to guests. Any subsequent complaints will result in a fine of $250 to be taken out of the guest's deposit.

we have a cat that lives with us He won’t be there when you visit and we very throughly clean and use different linens for guests, but should be noted for those with extreme cat allergies.
