Our property is conveniently situated near key attractions. We are just a 10-minute drive from Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport, making arrival easy. Downtown Bozeman, with its shops, restaurants, and attractions, is only 20 minutes away. For winter sports enthusiasts, Bridger Bowl Ski Area is about a 35-minute drive, and Big Sky Ski Area is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes away. Yellowstone National Park’s entrance is a scenic 1.5-hour drive, offering endless opportunities for adventure.

Parking is plentiful, with a designated spot directly in front of the apartment. No public transportation is available nearby, so a car is recommended. Please be aware that in winter, snowy conditions may require four-wheel drive for easier access.

-Restricted to the 18 acres ONLY as outlined in the listing photographs. The willow trees are inside the horse pasture AND are included in the restricted areas. If you are unsure of the boundaries, please ask!
- There are horses on the property. DO NOT TOUCH OR FEED THE HORSES! Do not open any gates or enter the horse pens/pastures!
- Please do not leave exterior doors open at any time
- No large gatherings or events.
-No shoes in in the house please. This keeps the floors clean and in good condition.
-No motorized vehicles beyond the gravel parking area.

Your hosts don't live on-site, but we are always available if you need assistance. We do visit the property for maintenance operations, or to access the personal use shop space, during daylight hours. You can reach us through the Vrbo messaging system.
