Positive: caretakers( kuya and ate rose were darlings during the stay 🩶) , the dogs( hello potpot and imao! ) , the balsa experience , the place
Negative: experienced brownout on first night: No solar / generator or rechargable fans available - the price of the place is not dirt cheap but not expensive the owner should have emergency source of electricity or energy ready during brownouts - guests didnt pay to be stressed out Lack of e-fans for the capacity of the unit ( the place is very hot indoor and outdoor despite being surrounded by greenery owner advised to open the window however despite trying that since theres no breeze outside theres no effect at the same time insects like mosquitos and others go in right away if windows are left open( yes theres no screen on the window ) and owner should learn to accept that even in the province global warming is happening and proper ventilation and efans or aircon should be provided that could properly accomodate the no of guests the fan on the attic/ loft doesnt even release air that much and u cant even rotate it to accomodate more than one person sleeping on the loft we had to borrow the extra fans from another unit since it was free however despite that the small efan that fits the loft again wont really release air not unless u put ur face almost close to it and it doesnt rotate to accomodate more than 1 person 3-4 people were sleeping in the loft and the fan can only accomodate 2 ( 1 each ) a small floor industrial fan should help alot P.S: im not someone who bathes in aircon 24/7 im just a normal electric fan user at home which is why im not really looking for an aircon on our accomodation just proper ventilation and good e-fan capacity Mosquito lamp killer needs to be cleaned or changed : it cant catch that much insect anymore
