The house has everything you need for summer fun, with a canoe, 4 kayaks, beach chairs, tubes etc. all on hand. Just 20 minutes from North Conway you can enjoy everything that area has to offer including the Saco River, dining and shopping.
winter fun also awaits, just 10 minutes from king pine ski area and all the skiing and winter sports that north conway has to offer The house is also great for snowmobile enthusiasts, located on corridor 19 of the NH snowmobile trail network.
the home has 3 bedrooms and a loft/attic space that can sleep 2-4 additional people Two bedrooms have queen beds, and one has two fulls. There is additional sleeping available on pull out beds in the living room and Apre Ski Room as well.
downstairs you will find a well laid out space, with a full cooks kitchen, large dining room table that seats up to 12 people and a breakfast nook area that seats 4 The living room area features a sectional sofa and smart tv with all the apps you could need including YouTube TV, Netflix and Hulu. There is also additional space to socialize in the "Apre Ski" room off the kitchen. The Apre Ski room is the perfect place to catch up with family and friends by the fire in the winter months! It's fun all year round, but winters are a special time in the mountains of NH.
