It has an open floor plan with a comfy wood burning fireplace and a lower level recreation room with two full size bunk beds for the kids to stream movies or games that includes part of the mountain built right into this level! Walk out to one of the two decks to enjoy the sunshine and views of the evergreens and aspens. Recreation abounds around this property including several hiking and biking trails and is only 15 minutes to Echo mountain ski club and 25 minutes to Mount Evans and the Chicago Lakes recreation area. 5 major ski resorts are easily accessible within 60 miles just further up I-70. Clear Creek river rafting and fishing is 25 minutes away.

Summary: The home is beautiful and spacious and has all amenities. There are a couple repairs that should be done for future renters like, front door screen repair, the master bedroom is missing a screen window and the patio table on the lower deck needs some zip ties to secure the table top to the base. Otherwise the place was great and i would definitely recommend it!!
