Fun and spacious home for families and groups located in Massanutten Resort. Three bedrooms on the upstairs main floor include a master ensuite, a bedroom with two twin beds, and a queen bedroom. A fourth bedroom is downstairs and is another master ensuite. There is a queen-size pull-out sofa in the sunroom on the main floor. The upstairs, main floor has the kitchen and dining areas as well as a marvelous sunroom, complete with a 72-inch TV, just off the kitchen, and provides access to a terrific, flat backyard. The backyard has a wonderful patio area with hot tub, fire pit and outdoor dining table. A large, flat backyard has a disc golf set for fun with friends and family. The downstairs of the home has Pac Man and The Simpsons' arcade games, along with an 85-inch TV for watching all your streaming favorites. Comfortable couches, which are electric recliners, provide lots of seating to relax and watch the game. There's even a space for working on board games or puzzles. this home has everything you need to enjoy a great getaway at massanutten resort!

The Shenandoah Valley offers many attractions including caverns, wineries and breweries. The closest Shenandoah River access is only 10 miles from the house. Enjoy tubing and kayaking during warm weather. The Swift Run Gap entrance to Shenandoah National Park, Skyline Drive and The Appalachian Trail is only 15 miles away and offers excellent hiking opportunities.
this home is not affiliated with massanutten resort However, it is located inside the community of Massanutten and minutes from skiing, snow and grass tubing, ice skating, two golf courses, indoor/outdoor water park, mountain biking, ziplining, putt-putt, go-karts, tennis, swimming, fishing, parks and more! You'll also have access to 30 miles of hiking trails. The pool is a community pool for the private homes in Massanutten. It is available for use by our guests from Memorial Day through Labor Day for $6/person/day (subject to change). Pool availability is subject to, and at, the discretion of the Massanutten Property Owner Association. Tennis courts are also located by the pool. Most Resort activities are available to our guests for an additional fee and should be booked online before your arrival, through Massanutten Resort's website. **Please note some activities may sell out in advance, especially on holidays and weekends. We cannot guarantee access to the amenities and amenity closure/availability is not a refundable cancellation reason. **
