Peaceful & tucked away, this beautiful oasis is perched in Montecito's esteemed Mountain community & has sweeping ocean views from multiple rooms, backyard & infinity pool! This beautiful home boasts 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, an open concept living & kitchen area, & spacious grounds and a stunning infinity pool. Feel far away as you watch the sun rise & set with views of the Pacific Ocean & Channel Islands, while being a quick drive to all that Montecito & Santa Barbara has to offer.

This quiet 1,400 sq ft property is newly built and fully updated with beautiful finishings and polished cement floors. The primary bedroom features a luxurious queen bed and a sweeping ocean view over the infinity pool. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and access to the yard. The full bathroom features a gorgeous large shower and spacious vanity.

The contemporary, open-concept living room, chef’s kitchen, and dining room feature french doors which let in ideal light and breeze. Just off the living and dining room is an expansive patio with plenty of places to enjoy morning coffees and picturesque sunset dinners.

Guests will have to the entire home and yard, it is not a shared space.

Built into the oak and eucalyptus laden foothills of the Santa Ynez mountains and just east of Santa Barbara is Montecito (or “little mountain”). Helmed by trails and stunning beaches, this peaceful town boasts several world-class resorts, top-of-the-line schools, country clubs, and a selection of high-end shops and restaurants.

This beautiful home is nestled into the Mountain Drive community in Montecito, which is known for its views, natural beauty and the artists who dwell in the neighborhood. Tucked away and a little bit rugged, this mountain community creates the feeling of "getting off the grid".

The house is off of a private road and down a steep driveway. Only one car is recommended. Mountain Drive is a more rugged neighborhood in Montecito and we advise arriving in the daylight to avoid getting lost. The house is walking distance to Cold springs and Hot springs trails. Shopping and dining is just a 10 minute drive away in the Upper Village Montecito or Coast Village Road. Butterfly and Miramar Beach are just a quick 15 minute drive.

Please note that the house is down a steep driveway (please see image in our pictures). Please let me know if you are allergic to cats, as the owner has outdoor kitties who are inside the home on occasion..
