Summary: Key card wasn’t working we sat outside our room for 30 mins trying to find a manager because no one was at the front desk. The remote had dirt stuck in the plastic. Gotta use the key card to cut the light on . The hot water took 20 mins to get hot. The dry towel had stains on them.
