check-in is at 4 pm and check-out at 11 am Quiet hours run from 11 PM–7 AM. The base rate includes 2 guests (maximum occupancy 2). All overnight guests must be registered in advance. No smoking or vaping indoors; outdoor use is allowed if cleaned up. One small pet may be approved in advance. Utilities are included up to $250 per stay. Parking is not guaranteed, but free street parking is available nearby; any granted spot must be registered and vehicles left after checkout may be towed.
