Summary: This is my first negative review. The location of the house was great and the neighborhood felt safe. The house itself was a total disappointment. Upon arrival the pool was dirty and needed cleaning. The skimmer had no netting so we couldn't even help. When we discovered the hot tub/spa wasn't working we contacted the owner and she wanted us to pay for the service call, What we learned is that the pool system is outdated and not capable of creating what is a typical hot tub/spa with jets. The ten plantings in the backyard are all dead and the lighting to be in the backyard at night is insufficient. The house itself is showing many signs of neglect. Bathroom missing a towel rack (the bolts are still in the wall. There were numerous nails and screws in the wall where things had previously been hung, The dishwasher needs a thorough cleaning and some repairs to the interior shelves of the dishwasher. There were full trash cans blocking the driveway upon arrival and they remained in front of the house the entire stay. There was no “guide” as to how things worked forcing you to communicate with the owner. The house can sleep eight but there were only two wine glasses stocked. We cut our stay a day short as we were so disappointed with the property. I would not recommend the property,
