→ a signed rental agreement is required within 24 hours of booking
→ no bachelor parties, weddings, or events are allowed
→ standard occupancy is limited to (10) with max occupancy limited to (12), $150/night fee for guests over standard occupancy limit Exceeding maximum occupancy without prior approval will result in additional charges of $250/person/day.
→ pool heat is an optional add-on charge and must be applied for the duration of the reservation Hot tub heat is included with the reservation.
→ quiet hours after 9 pm must be respected; violations could result in removal without refund
→ a valid credit card on file is required for all incidentals
reservations are non-refundable, and cancellations result in loss of all rents paid We require a 5,000-10,000 deposit for Long Term stays (30+ nights).
