Positive: Aesthetically this resort is beautiful. The beach and views are beautiful. Our room was tidy and clean and had everything you need.

Negative: Our swim up pool was absolutely freezing cold. We couldn’t even swim in it even on a hot sunny day. Most of the staff was friendly, however there was this one receptionist who was very rude to us with every encounter. We had just come from Dreams Corfu all inclusive, the swim up pool temperature was alot more pleasant to swim in cold but not freezing and the restaurant quality for food was a lot better aswell as the service. We received 5 star service from all their staff which is what we paid for and expected the same at Mitsis Rinela but didn’t get, which was disappointing because we booked based on reviews.
